A Glimpse of the Ritual
The Bravery Ritual is a clear, fire-centered practice that helps you move from hesitation into purposeful motion.
Prepare your altar.
Lay the orange altar cloth, center your mosaic box, and place the slate burning stone nearby as your fire-safe surface.
Name your intention.
In your notebook, write one sentence naming what you’re ready to release or the action you’re ready to take. Bravery thrives in clarity.
Burn the note.
Using the matchbook, light your written note on the slate.
Watch the flame as it catches and burns—this is fear transforming into forward motion.
Anchor your strength.
Hold the tiger’s eye mushroom point. Feel its grounded weight steady your breath.
Speak your next step aloud, even if softly.
Place the ashes inside the box.
Once fully cooled, gather the ashes and place them inside your mosaic box.
This act symbolizes choosing courage again—courage held, remembered, and renewed.
Rest in stillness.
Sit quietly for a moment. Notice the calm that follows action.
Let this steadiness settle into your body.
This ritual is meant to be simple, direct, and empowering—an ignition point you can return to anytime you need courage, clarity, or renewed direction.
