Before I begin, I’ll need a few details to help me capture your pet as fully as possible—both their look and their spirit.
Please use this form to share the name and email address you used for your order, tell me a bit about your pet, and upload at least two photos that show them clearly.
The photos help me understand their coloring, proportions, and expression, and sometimes their environment or favorite activities too.
Your words help me connect with their personality and the bond you shared. Both matter equally to the finished mosaic.
What to Expect Next
Once I’ve received your photos and details, I’ll begin working on your portrait.
If I have any questions, I’ll reach out before I start.
Within about 10 to 14 days, I’ll send you a photo and short video preview so you can see how your mosaic is coming to life. I’ll need an additional few days after that for full curing and preparation before shipping.
When your piece is complete, I’ll package it carefully for shipping:

Wall portraits ship with insured standard delivery, usually arriving within 3–5 days depending on the carrier.
